Refund Policy & Hygienic Clothing

Attention:

Our MioLeo store does NOT keep any goods in stock, but generally produces to order. This is in line with our mission not to burden our planet more than necessary, as 50% of all garments that are produced for stock (mass production) are thrown away and not properly recycled. For these reasons, returns are limited to 14 days. Online store tourists are not supported by us. If you have bought the wrong size or do not like the product, you can certainly return the product within 14 days, but we will NOT refund the total amount. We therefore ask YOU to study the size charts carefully so that it is easier for you to choose the right size.

We will only refund 60% of the value of returned items, as we will resell them to our customers at discounted prices. This is good for the environment and we don't produce any waste. Existing customers and newsletter customers are offered such returned products by newsletter.

We ask for your understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mail@mio-leo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. personal care items (e.g. beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Hygienic Clothing

It is very important to us that your new clothes remain beautiful and functional for a long time. We therefore ask YOU to accept the following specifications:

As YOU know, we produce clothing and graphics to order. This creates an unpleasant odor, as we do not have the possibility to air the clothes for weeks. You want to receive the clothes as soon as possible and that is ok. However, it is also important to us that you really like the clothes you buy from us. You should therefore follow the steps below.

  1. as soon as you have received the garments, we ask YOU to turn them inside out immediately and put them in the washing machine.
  2. please only wash as a COLD wash with a little fabric softener (NO DETERGENT).
  3. after washing - air dry (NOT in the DRYER)
  4. after drying, iron in an inverted version.
  5. have fun wearing it.
